DKJ Resolutions helped me so much, I will always  be eternally grateful. I was a successful property developer, and back in the early 1990’s, business was good. I ran into financial difficulties when the property crash occurred and ended up owing a bank millions of pounds. My assets and that of my families were all frozen by the bank. I was involved in a long and bitter battle with the bank and the courts and my back was against the wall.

The bank as you would expect, had all the financial might and had instructed one of the top golden five firms in London to crucify me. I was fighting the bank, their solicitors and the courts for over seven years; I was close to losing everything I had spent 40 years building up. In those seven years I ended up losing millions of pounds worth of property to the bank and I was powerless to stop them. I had various firms of solicitors, but all they achieved was sending love letters and being polite.

It took him a year but he forced the bank, which is one of the biggest in the world to crumble and to remove the freezing of all my families assets. Unbelievably he even managed to force the bank to give me back some of the assets and monies, which we thought we would never get back.  In simple terms he won, he even managed to force the solicitor’s fees of £1.7 million to be written off.  Darren achieved in a year what I and other solicitors could not do in seven years.

I was amazed how he coped with the complex legal matters, went into court and beat those barristers and QC’s and he’s not even a solicitor! I have never met such a more ruthless person when fighting the opposite side and one who cares so much about clients. I would recommend Darren to anyone who is in the “David and Goliath” situation, he will tackle anybody or any organization. They fear him because he’s an unknown entity and that worries them.
