Why should we come to you?

Why – well my approach is wholly unique –
I develop a strategy to resolve the problem – most problems presented need a strategy and you would be surprised how many professionals fail to appreciate the importance of such. I do things in a maverick style which will not be used by others – I apply common sense – I communicate with all concerned – I push the boundaries, which ordinary professionals, i.e. solicitors dare not do. I am often presented with problems from all spheres of life from the rich to the poor and often I become involved when the professionals are either failing or have failed. Frequently when people or businesses face problems they are emotionally charged and wrapped in the problem, it dominates their lives, when that is the case; it is essential that they themselves and let someone else step into the breach who is not affected by the problem or its emotions.

I act for a client in whatever format is applicable to the problem, once I am involved my main aim is two fold, first protect the client from whatever they are facing and secondly to resolve the problem as quickly as I can in my clients favour. It is hard to explain how the business is so successful, but it is definitely the strategy and approach, which I adopt that inevitably leads to the resolution.

Most of my clients whether they be business or private individuals are those in a “David and Goliath situation” they are often on their own taking on the might and power of an authority, global company or indeed governments with their considerable funding and legal power. That is were I step in, when such a “Goliath” is your opposition, the last thing they expect is me – I am not phased in any way by their power or their resources, I do not follow the rules, I side-step and go behind “Goliath” and attack him. When your opponent is used to fighting you in the “ring” and it expects you to throw your professionals in, it knows what to expect, however when you remove yourself and put an unknown entity in the ring who is not conforming, it unsettles your opponent – quite simply they for the first time are on their guard and are no longer the bully.

I have been involved in a broad spectrum of legal and personal problems and all have the same basis, it’s about the characters involved and who the biggest bully is. Whatever the problem is, do not be hesitate to contact me, no matter how complex, or whatever the circumstance pick up that phone, all I have to do in the first instance is listen, at that stage you have nothing to lose and everything to gain!
